My Creative Portfolio for Project 3
Well, I feel a bit like an idiot right now. I have been working furiously over these 16 pages thinking that they all had to be formatted by today. Alas, I read the weekly lesson incorrectly. I will be posting all pages below nonetheless.
You've probably noticed already that the Cover and Back are not included. I am still in the process of scanning and getting all my artwork transferred to my computer. This also explains the lack of pictures as well. I mainly did my formatting for the pages and small blurbs for the writing sections.

Chapter 6 Doodles
image (c) Gail Nelson
To be honest, I had a really hard time with this second doodle. I could not, for the life of me, figure out what to do with that idms insert. It was very frustrating for me trying to figure out how to get it in the right place in the first and second columns. I'm confused about the anchor symbol as well. With that said, I left the image out.

Doodle Number Three
I'm not really sure why the lines on doodle two are bolded like that. I did exactly like the assignment listed and it keeps ending up like this. Yes, the outside lines I selected are at no weight line or color.

Dreama
Happy Friday the 13th!
I know it's a little late but I thought I'd mention it anyways. Below is my rough draft for Project 1. Before you start judging I just want to clarify a few things:
1. Yes, I am aware it is in landscape form. Why? The main reason is the graphic that I used. This graphic is something that I designed for my Illustrator class last semester and is one of my favorites. It is a combination of vectors, just fyi. The graphic simply looked awkward going tall-ways (is that how you say it?). I was originally going to have the text snake up from her mouth but it just looked funny. If this is unacceptable I will change it of course and work something out.
2. I know we're supposed to write down the location of the event, but I am still working on that. So for now it is just "the open-aired amphitheater."
3. I know I have bullet points for my so-called sentences--is this ok? Or would you prefer more of a paragraph form without any interruption from the glyphs I used?
Enjoy!Dylan

Hi everyone!
I've been MIA the past couple weeks as I was out of town for my birthday (Costa Rica to be exact). But I am back now and will be putting my best foot forward in this class! Hope everything is going well for you as well :)
